Great Plains Yearly Meeting for 2022 met at Council House Friends near Wyandotte, Oklahoma. Kelly Kellum of FUM was the keynoter and addressed the theme "Cultivating Seeds of New Life." Dave Nagle presented the AFSC Corporation report. Jon Krieg set up the AFSC display table. Friends celebrated the service of outgoing presiding clerk LaVonna Loesch. The YM Youth group visited Lendonwood Gardens in Grove, OK and learned the story of their Angel of Hope. A workshop described the history of Quivering Arrow Friends Camp, a weeklong gathering of youth each summer. One evening, Friends gathered for a traditional "hand game" with drumming and dancing.
