Staff and volunteers with Catholic Peace Ministry and AFSC Iowa don clown costumes in advance of a video shoot at the State Capitol. The video uses humor to demonstrate how corporate interests and wealthy donors manipulate the political system for their enrichment at the cost to taxpayers.
The resulting video was produced by Rodger Routh, a Des Moines videographer and board member of CPM.
