Friends gathered for the 111th annual session of the Great Plains Yearly Meeting in Hominy, Oklahoma May 31-June 3. Eden Grace of FUM was the guest speaker. Lacina Onco of FCNL led a workshop on advocacy for Native American issues. Friends shared traditional Osage food and culture, including singing, drumming, dancing and the hand game. The public murals of Cha Tullis grace many of the buildings in downtown Hominy. Jon Krieg represented AFSC's Midwest Region.
